Personally, I really enjoy the underrated stuff and the discographies. I listen to all kinds of hip hop but I am always looking for unknown albums I've never heard, or as in the case with your recent Kane post, albums I haven't heard in awhile that I forgot were so damn good (Veteranz Day). Thanks for the hard work. Really appreciate it.
Great site....
Classic radio mixshows would be a great addition. There probably isn't much out there, but the hip hop world could use more copies floating around of Pete Rock / Marly Marl "Pirate Radio"; DJ Premier from his various guest spots; Stretch & Bobitto, Wake up show, etc etc. I have a few that I will try to digitize and upload to get it started.
this blog fill up my music archives both withj bustthefacts. man, don't change the stuff! it's reely gooood. you might to make the links more "comfortable". my country have usually no free slots on megaupload and sendspace. better but not good is on rapid. visually it's perfect. peace.
This one is my favorite blogspot. don't change anything homie.
broder asi komo esta muy bien sigue asi no mas muy buenos albumnes exelente aporte es unos de los mejores blog k e encontredo men..............bye
great blog homie. i'd say just do what you're pretty much already doing and keep a nice variety. i'm down with mixtapes that you feel are quality. and maybe a little bit more of the new stuff that you're feeling.
mad props homie! luv ur blog but it would be great if u could add some more underground stuff! btw, i luv doze disc. reelin feelin dem. Btw, if u hab time could u please reup the Onyx discography. thnx
Old and Skool and underground is where it's @.
Props on all the responses!!
I pretty much agree with everything axe said. Discographies are always nice and so is less promoted artists/albums. A new layout is all extra, it's the content that matters. Good work here.
I think the format is great. I love reading the commentaries on the artist and the albums.
Dude, this shit is amazing. Keep the damned effin format the way it is!
Keep the shit rollin. Don't slow down. and re-up that muddafuckin PRT instrumental album!!!! Where'd you find that shit??
..and get yourself a personal request list so suckers can give you some music as well.
This site is a gold mine for all those who love hip hop. Thanx for the hard work. I think keepin it old skool is the way to go. If your into the music you know whats new but i want to know more of what isn't to known.
Also a better link stucture would be cool. Like when you click on a month it just shows the albums for that month. some bleed through. also maby fixing some of the links on mega upload and the other site that don;t work any more. there are a lot i'd like to download from the archives that arn't there any more. that would be a real help.
keep up the good work!
Peace!
First, thanx to answering me and Us.
I like to see in this great blog more underground stuff from Bk and from another part of the U.s. And one thing: please post instrumentals and beat tapes.
Keep the historycal text structure by the post, because is unique ! So informatoins and memories all witch are connected do the posted albums are great, and huge !
Peace

First of all I'd like to say that Your blog is great and You should keep it going. IMO it would be perfect if You upload more 90's West Coast stuff. You know - early 90's (especially stuff from 1990 till 95,96). But all the rest is great.
Thank you to everyone who took time to reply...all the suggestions are in reason & will be very helpfull in my future posts. As for new releases..... i don't mind bringing out a few here & there...but i don't want to clog up the blog with new garbage that i have not had a chance to peep yet. we all know "new" does not equil "good", most of the time anyway. Please keep the suggestions comming!
at first, props for your blog and that you're askin the crowd how to improve it!
everything's fine, but i would like some old funk n' soul stuff, cus that's where it all came from.
i know there are many other blogz for that, but also many famous hiphop dj's bring out funk mixes...
and i'm lookin for some old kool herc and bambaataa mixes. you gout some???
You have a lot of different suggestions, but here are my two cents. Stick with your core strengths - old school, underground, and east coast hip-hop. Don't muddy the mix with other genres, new "rap" albums, and mixtapes (unless they are the classic ones). What makes your blog the best out there is its devotion to your original love and to Hip-Hop in its truest form.
I don't have much for suggestions, but I just wanted to say that this has continued to be my favorite blog and hip hop site on the net. Thanks for keepin the good hip hop coming.. PEACE
Mad Props from Australia, I agree with Jeep and can only add that enjoy reading your comments on the music. I have been exposed to much I have 'heard of' but never heard and for that I am gratefull, particularly the DITC comps and today the Diamond D albums. Thanx again.
if it aint broke??? this blog is large! just keep doin what you doin
peace
Bring back the sunday soul/r&b music. Everything else is great
